UX Design

BravePup already brings rescue puppies to corporate events in Seattle for employee health and wellness. As part of my UX bootcamp, our aim was to deliver this experience to individuals so they can relieve anxiety using a proven social technique: puppy love.

We created a fully-working high-fidelity prototype with an e-commerce conversion funnel to drive potential puppy deliveries. Outcomes included:

  • 80% successful completion rate of new conversion funnel and booking experience

  • 2 minute average completion time to “reserve” a puppy

  • 85/100 NPS score for overall experience
