3 store pilot program • Initial design sprint
ProTech agents needed additional customer information to provide a better, customized experience.

︎Added first/last name and a description text entry field.
Text was hard to read on a mobile device, and the pilot program expanded to 3 stores in Atlanta.

︎Increased font color contrast and updated header content.
Sales reps wanted a website they could use on their iPads (devices they carry with them at all times while in-store).

︎Expanded v2.0 to focus on iPad screens, with responsive components.
