Welcome email

Reaching out to new premium subscribers via email was also a priority—and I was tasked with updating the previous email design that was at least 4 years old. The goal was to engage new customers about the new ProTech and Photo Storage apps within their first week of becoming a premium subscriber.

I designed and iterated through 200 different versions; worked closely with UX content writers; and received hundreds of notes with feedback, until our team was satisfied on a final design:
