Rescheduling tool

To increase the keep rate, I designed an appointment rescheduling tool to help customers who initially missed their appointments. Due to the success of the rescheduling tool, it was expanded to include all customers, so they could reschedule appointments if something came up beforehand. The design took elements from the existing web tool, paired with a user flow focused on information verification first, and appointment booking, second.
