In 2018, the Simple Setup web tool launched nationwide in all 2,100 AT&T retail stores, engaging with over 14,000 sales reps—helping even more AT&T customers make the most of their premium support subscriptions. With every version of our web tool, I lead the charge for gathering user research—traveling across the country to execute a research strategy, and apply the findings towards new UI changes.
