Confirmation

Information architecture
Testers wanted to confirm their location before ordering puppies, rather than at the end of the ordering process. They also wanted to see ETA information.

︎Confirm location earlier in flow
︎Add additional information to confirmation page

Testers did not understand a trainer would come with their delivery. They also found the information hierarchy difficult to understand.

︎Change “trainer” to “handler” and include description of their role
︎Re-organize information hierarchy and visual design

Testers were satisfied with the current confirmation screen and understood when their delivery would arrive and who would be delivering them.
