Goin (pronounced ˈgō-in) is an open transportation platform that brings transit agencies into the smartphone age. The product allows municiple agencies and service providers to deliver on-demand rides for paratransit riders and increase fixed-route usage in an era where ridesharing is the new normal. I led all design efforts, transforming an existing group of MVP web and mobile products into an integrated platform. The accessible design system conforms to WCAG 2.1 accessiblity standards and reduces cognitive load.
