San Francisco Congestion Pricing

The growing economy of the Bay Area has brought significant traffic congestion into San Francisco. As part of my certificate in transportation from UW, this report examines past efforts to implement congestion pricing and offers new ideas by taking into account recent economic changes driven by the tech industry.
