UX & Service Design
Coast was an on-demand car mechanic service. As part of my UX bootcamp work, my team partnered with Coast to make significant changes to the current user flow in order to shorten the time required to sign up and schedule an appointment for a mobile auto care service.
The goal of this 3 week sprint was to overhaul the user flow for speed and improve the user interface for increased comprehension. Outcomes included:
-02:15 Average time savings for entire conversion funnel
01:15 Average “happy path” completion time (previous design was more than 5 minutes)
12 seconds average time to complete onboarding and feel prepared to use app
