Land a job in advertising, using advertising

This was an advertising campaign (using design-thinking) to get hired. I marketed my new persona to executives who often embrace sarcasm. Eventually I found myself standing on a sidewalk for 12 hours using strangers to create savvy social media posts. I live-streamed the whole thing, which eventually landed me a dozen job interviews.

I was successfully hired, but also received some amazing outcomes in the process:

  • 1 million Twitter impressions alone from 122 tweets

  • 12 requests to interview

  • 2 job offers
