Burlington Coat Factory sells over 120 different categories of items—and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. As part of my UX bootcamp, I tasked myself with a one-week sprint to redesign the e-commerce website and learn AdobeXD from scratch, in order to create a high-fidelity solution in just a few days.
I created a fully-working high-fidelity prototype with an e-commerce conversion funnel to test the success rate for my new designs. Outcomes included:
72% successful completion rate of new conversion funnel and checkout experience
NPS: 91 — Increased NPS score (from 45), indicating higher potential for return buyers
