Mozio
UX Redesign
Mozio’s software platform helps travel websites to sell airport transportation to their customers. Users can compare and book any type of ground transportation at over 2,000 airports. I conducted research and applied a unifying visual design in order to increase conversions and improve the mobile experience.

The goal of this project was to address multiple UX issues from new users by overhauling core visual design elements for web and creating a refined new mobile experience. Outcomes included:
Increase +12 points in NPS score for new mobile designs
B+ score in system usability testing
70% of respondents preferred new desktop designs over current UI
