Additional Drivers
This project refreshed the entire user experience around blocking drivers with bad driving histories, increasing safety for thousands of trips and reducing risk for Turo.
The additional drivers project successfully blocked even more additional drivers with bad driving histories while improving the experience for well-intentioned ones. Outcomes of this project:
Implemented new risk checks and blocked additional drivers with poor driving backgrounds
Mapped the existing experience, sought out input to improve the UX from engineers & designers, and squashed major bugs
Implemented semantic color status, sent new notifications, and updated product copywriting
